Being as interns we would never have imagined that doing an internship at YES! would inspire us so much in terms of education, and what fascinates us the most is finding ourselves with a manager and assistant manager who teaches us how to work better in a team.

Integrating into an organization is a key and very important moment, especially when you are onan internship. It is a learning period that could influence our professional career. Our integration as an intern was a transformative experience, we not only developed professional skills but also created links with our colleagues, because our office is in a collective space which allowed us to observe and interact with our peers.

It immediately showed the importance of adaptability of communication and teamwork are essential as our manager and assistant manager often says. This integration with YES! is much more than a simple professional experience but rather an essential step in our personal development.

We will be very grateful to be part of this beautiful family. We thank you for supportingYES!, not giving up on our mission, and being part of something bigger. And for helping us help the innocent children and youth of Haiti.

The new YES! Interns, Fritz Charlot, and Cinthia
